* Transportation
•  It takes 25 minutes by taxi from Chengdu Railway Station. (Price: about 20 RMB) or you can take No.28 or No.55 bus and off at Xin Nan Men.
•  It costs 8 RMB to take the airport bus to Minshan Hotel. From there it's 10 minutes; walk or you can pay about 6 RMB for a pedicab.
•  Chengdu Tourist Transportation & Service Center is next to the Youth Hostel. There are daily buses to scenic spots such as Kangding, Siguniang Mountains , Jiuzhaigou, Hailuo Gorges.
 
* Location
•  The hostel is on the bank of the Funan River which was awarded the United Nations¡± Human Habitation Award¡±. There are bars and cafes along the river. 
•  It is about 15 minutes' walk to get to the main pedestrian shopping area of Chengdu . The famous snack bars¡± Long Chao Shou¡± and¡± Zhong Shui Jiao¡± are on the way. 
•  Opposite the gate of the hostel you can take No.82 bus to Wu Hou Shrine. Du Fu's Thatched Cottage and Qing Yang Temple .
