Day by Day Itinerary:

Day01: Flight to Beijing(D)   Overnight at Beijing.
Your guide will pick you from Beijing airport check in hotel. Supper time enjoy the delicious Beijing Duck Dinner at the original, century-old Quan Ju De Restaurant.

Day02: Beijing(B+L+D)   Overnight at Beijing.
Morning time visit Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City. After lunch visit Temple of Heaven. After supper enjoy Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. Driving back to hotel.

Day03: Beijing(B+L+D)   Overnight at Beijing.
Morning time you guide pick you from hotel to Badaling Great Wall. Walk along the Great Wall about 2 hours. After lunch goest to Ming Tomb then back to hotel.

Day04: Beijing- Xian(B+L+D)  Overnight at Xian.
After breakfast visit Summer Palace- the famous imperial garden in China. Then on time dropping of you to Beijing airport fly to Xian.
After arrive at Xian, guide will pick you from airport visit the oldest, largest and best preserved ancient city defense sytem in China- City Wall. Then checking in hotel.

Day05: Xian(B+L+D)   Overnight at Xian.
Morning time visit majestic Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Afternoon you will visit the Huaqing Hot Spring, once the favourite bathroom for the Tang Dynasty Concubine Yang Kui Fe. Visit National Museum of Shaanxi History. Supper taste declious Dumpling Banquet. Then enjoy the marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show.

Day06: Xian- Lhasa(B+L+D)   Overnight at Lhasa.
Morning time take flight from Xian to Lhasa(3650M). Local Tibetan guide will pick you from Lhasa Gongga Airport then dropping off to Hotel. On the way you will see the fabulous Yalutsangpu River.

Day07: Lhasa city tour(B+L+D)      Overnight at Lhasa
Morning time visit Potala Palace. Then visit Jokhang Temple, walk around Barkhor Market.
                                                                                           
Day08: Lhasa city tour(B+L+D)      Overnight at Lhasa
Morning time visit Drepung Monastery. , then afternoon to Sera Monastery.

Day09: Lhasa- Namtso Lake( 250km, 4house driving)(B+L+D)   Overnight at Namtso Tent guest house.
In the morning around 08:00am, our guide and drive pick you from hotel's lobby, then we leave from Lhasa to Namtso Lake.
On the way you will see the huge Changtang grassland  and have a chance see the sky road- Qinghai Tibet Railway passing through it look likes a dragon. Pass by Nagchu Town. Then the Nyenchen Thanglha snow mountain ranges in front of you, and also you will pass the Nagela Pass.

Namtso Lake is the Heavenly lake which is one of the three holy lakes of Tibet (other two is Yamdrotso lake, at Shigatse area, Lake Manasarova at Nagri) and also the highest salt lake. You can do a very relax  trekking around the lake side and Zhaxi Island. You can enjoy the sunset by the lake.
Notes:
Please take one warm overcoat cloth when you travel to Namtso lake that it¡¯s a little bit cold than in Lhasa city.

Day10: Namtso lake- Yangpachen hotspring- Yamdrotso Lake- Gyantse(590km, 6hours driving) (B+L+D)  Overnight at Gyantse.
Morning time see the sunrise beside the holy lake , on the way to Gyantse , you will have a chance enjoy the hot-spring at Yangbachen. Then pass Gangbala Mt. which is over than 5000m, then to Yamdrotso lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. Arrive at Gyantse.
Notes:
Depends on how long times you arrive in Lhasa and your body health, suggestion the traveler whol just arrive in Lhasa for few day don¡¯t take the hot spring that maybe you will cathch the high altitude sickness. 

Day11: Gyantse- Shigatse- Lhasa( 440km, 5 hours driving) (B+L+D)  Overnight at Lhasa
Morning time visit Gyantse Kumbum, far view of Gyantse Dzong. Then driving to Shigatse. After lunch visit TashiLumpo Monastery which was Built in1447 , spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas, have a good rest in Shigatse, then drive back to Lhasa.

Day12: Lhasa- Chongqin- Yangtze River Cruises (B+L+D) Overnight on boat.(4-5* boat)
Morning time dropping off to Lhasa airport flight to Chongqin. Half day sightseein in Chongqin City- Jiefangbei Area. Then get on boat from Chaotianmen Dock. 19:00-20:00 embark and check in, sail from Chongqin at 21:20.

Day13: Yangtze River Cruises(B+L+D)   Overnight on boat.(4-5* boat)
07:30-09:30 cafeteria, shore excursion on Fengdu Ghost City. In the evening capitain's Welcom party.

Day14: Yangtze River Cruises(B+L+D)  Overnight on boat.(4-5* boat)
07:00-09:00 visit Baidi City( Optional);
09:00- 09:30 pass through Qutang Gorge;
10:00- 13:30 Pass through Wu Gorge;
13:00- 17:00 visit the Great Canyon of Shennong Stream( including drifting);
19:00 Farewell Banquet

Day15: Yangtze River- Yichang- Shanghai(B+L+D) Overnight at Shanghai
07:00-10:00 with luggages get off the boat
08:30-10:30 sightseeing the Three Gorges Big Dam around 2 hours
13:00 End the Yangtze River Cuiser tour at Yichang New Century Dock, take flgith to Shanghai.

Day16: Shanghai(B+L+D)  Overnight at Shanghai
Mornight time visit the Shanghai Museum, Yuyuan Garden. Afternoon cruise on Huangpu River, you will experience the prosperity of modern Shanghai. In the evening the Portman Acrobatic Show will be enjoyed with dinner.

Day17: Shanghai airport dropping off, end the trip.(B)
