Day01: Arrive at Shanghai.(D) Overnight at Shanghai.
Guide pick you from Shanghai airport then visit Shanghai Museum, Yuyuan Garden. Rest in hote.

Day02: Shanghai(B+L+D) Overnight at Shanghai.
Cruise on Huangpu River, you will experience the prosperity of modern Shanghai. In the evening the Portman Acrobatic Show will be enjoyed with dinner.

Day03: Shanghai flight to Yichang (B+D) Overnight on boat(4-5*).
Morning time take flight from Shanghai to Yichang, guide will pick you up at Yichang airport. After dinner,get on boat.

Day04: Yangtze River Cruises(B+L+D)   Overnight on boat.(4-5* boat)

Day06: Yangtze River Cruises(B+L+D)   Overnight on boat.(4-5* boat)

Day07: Chongqing- Beijing(B+L+D) Overnight at Beijing.
The estimated arrival in Chongqing is around 08:30. Get off the boat then Chongqin city sightseeing. Dropping off to Chongqin airport take flight to Beijing. our guide will pick you from Beijing airport check in hotel. Supper time enjoy the delicious Beijing Duck Dinner at the original, century-old Quan Ju De Restaurant.

Day08: Beijing(B+L+D)   Overnight at Beijing.
Morning time visit Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City. After lunch visit Temple of Heaven. After supper enjoy Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. Driving back to hotel.

Day09: Beijing(B+L+D)   Overnight at Beijing.Morning time you guide pick you from hotel to Badaling Great Wall. Walk along the Great Wall about 2 hours. After lunch goest to Ming Tomb then back to hotel.

Day10: Beijing- Xian(B+L+D)  Overnight at Xian.
After breakfast visit Summer Palace- the famous imperial garden in China. Then on time dropping of you to Beijing airport fly to Xian.
After arrive at Xian, guide will pick you from airport visit the oldest, largest and best preserved ancient city defense sytem in China- City Wall. Then checking in hotel.

Day11: Xian(B+L+D)   Overnight at Xian.
Morning time visit majestic Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Afternoon you will visit the Huaqing Hot Spring, once the favourite bathroom for the Tang Dynasty Concubine Yang Kui Fe. Visit National Museum of Shaanxi History. Supper taste declious Dumpling Banquet. Then enjoy the marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show.

Day12: Xian- Lhasa(B+L+D)   Overnight at Lhasa.
Morning time take flight from Xian to Lhasa(3650M). Local Tibetan guide will pick you from Lhasa Gongga Airport then dropping off to Hotel. On the way you will see the fabulous Yalutsangpu River.

Day13: Lhasa city tour(B+L+D)      Overnight in Lhasa
Morning time visit Potala Palace. Then visit Jokhang Temple, walk around Barkhor Market.
                                                                                           
Day14: Lhasa city tour(B+L+D)      Overnight at Lhasa
Morning time visit Drepung Monastery. , then afternoon to Sera Monastery.

Day15: Lhasa- Namtso Lake( 250km, 4house driving)(B+L+D)   Overnight at Namtso Tent guest house.
In the morning around 08:00am, our guide and drive pick you from hotel's lobby, then we leave from Lhasa to Namtso Lake.
On the way you will see the huge Changtang grassland  and have a chance see the sky road- Qinghai Tibet Railway passing through it look likes a dragon. Pass by Nagchu Town. Then the Nyenchen Thanglha snow mountain ranges in front of you, and also you will pass the Nagela Pass.

Namtso Lake is the Heavenly lake which is one of the three holy lakes of Tibet (other two is Yamdrotso lake, at Shigatse area, Lake Manasarova at Nagri) and also the highest salt lake. You can do a very relax  trekking around the lake side and Zhaxi Island. You can enjoy the sunset by the lake.
Notes:
Please take one warm overcoat cloth when you travel to Namtso lake that it¡¯s a little bit cold than in Lhasa city.

Day16: Namtso lake- Yangpachen hotspring- Yamdrotso Lake- Gyantse(590km, 6hours driving) (B+L+D)  Overnight at Gyantse.
Morning time see the sunrise beside the holy lake , on the way to Gyantse , you will have a chance enjoy the hot-spring at Yangbachen. Then pass Gangbala Mt. which is over than 5000m, then to Yamdrotso lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. Arrive at Gyantse.
Notes:
Depends on how long times you arrive in Lhasa and your body health, suggestion the traveler whol just arrive in Lhasa for few day don¡¯t take the hot spring that maybe you will cathch the high altitude sickness. 

Day17: Gyantse- Shigatse- Tingri(B+L+D) ( 350km, 4 hours driving) Overnight at Tingri
Morning time visit Gyantse Kumbum, far view of Gyantse Dzong. Then driving to Shigatse. After lunch visit TashiLumpo Monastery which was Built in1447 , spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas, then driving to Shigatse, visit TashiLumpo Monastery which was Built in1447, spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas. Then driving along with Friend-ship way pass Lhatse to Tingri. One the way you will pass the checking point with your TTB permit, travel permit and passport. Then arrive at Tingri. By the entrance of Everest Base Camp. 
Notes:
At high altitude sleeping at Rongphu is so cold hard to sleeping with heavy headache suggestion overnight at warm Tingri then safely arrive at E.B.C. ;If you also prefer accommodation at Rongphu please tell us then we will try our best arrangement you feel better, the itinerary will be changed( Best time is July- Augest) 
                                                                                                                         
Day18: Tingri- Rongphu Monastery-  Evrest Base Camp- Tingri(B+L+D)( 320km, 8hours drving, Rough road)  Overnight at Tingri
Early in the moring 07:00am driving from Tingri to E.B.C with the very rough road, pass the wild grassland, cross the rapids river and high mountains. During this route,you can have a chance glimpse of 4 mountain which is 8000m high or more,such as:Mt. Lhotse(8516m),Mt. Everest(8848m),Mt. Qowowuyag(8201m),Mt Mayalu(8463m). Then arrive at Rongphu Monastery. At Rongphu Monastery view to Mt. Everest it¡¯s fabulous and splendid.After walking arrive the place get on the animal carriage then use half hour arrive at Base camp ( Or you also can trekking to Base Camp around 1.5-2hours one way. It's interesting and much more warm, but hard to breath). Hiking up to the top of the photo point take picture for the splendid- Mt. Everest. Then late in the afternoon around 16:00pm go down from E.B.C back to Tingri.
Notes:
During the rainning season some times the weather will be not good enough see the Mt. Everest. But you also have a chance see the surrouding high snow mountain with fabulous.     
                                                                           
Day19: Tingri- Zhangmu(B+L+D) (100km, 6hours, very rough road) Overnight at Zhangmu
After with the good rest for whole nights at Tingri, driving from Old Tinggri ot Zhangmu. The road to Zhangmu is reparing just can going from 08:00pm. Arrive at Zhangmu around 12:00pm.

Day20: Zhangmu- Kathmandu(B+L+D)(90km, 6hours, very rough road)  Overnight at Kathmandu
Next morning cross the Friend-ship Bridge cross the border to Nepal side. Then Nepal guide pick you from border to Kathmandu.
