Day01: Chengdu- Ya'an- Luding- Hailuogou(320km, asphalt road, 6hour driving, 2000m)(/L/D) Overnight at Hailuogou Moxi Town 3star hotel
Morning driving from Chengdu- Ya'an by expressway. Then passing Erlang Tunney arrive at Hailuogou.

Day02: Hailuogou Glacier Park- Kangding- Xinduqiao(260km, asphalt road, 6hour driving,3300m)(B/L/D) Overnight at Xinduqiao stander room
Hikking from No. 3 Camp around, one the way cross the beautiful forest, can be close view the 3star bottom of glacial, will be interest but a little bit tired(around 2hours hikking). Afternoon down to No. 2 Camp have a chance enjoy the hot-srping(around 60RMB/p.p), then drving pass by Kangding arrive at Xinduqiao.

Day03: Xinduqiao- Yajiang- Litang- Daocheng(360km, good road condition, 9hour drving, 3750m)(B/L/D) Overnight at Daocheng staner roomGet up very earlier take photo with sunrise at Xinquqiao, the fantastice scenery with local Tibetan houses, stream, high green mountain just like a piture. After breakfast drivingpass by Gaoersi Mountain(4412m), Jianziwan Mountain(4659m), Kazila Mountain(4718m) arrivea t Litang(4000m), can be vist Ganden Thubchen Choekhorling Monastery in a quick view. Then pass Maoya Grassland. Arrive at Daocheng. Night time can be enjoy the Rubu Hot-spring.
Notes:
Most of the travelor arrive at the high altitude like Xinquqiao will get high altitude sickness. You'd better Prepare some medecine with you.

Day04: Daocheng- Yading- Daocheng(256km, rough road)(B/L/D) Overnight at Daocheng stander room
After breakfast horse riding arrive at Chonggu Monastery(around 140RMB/p.p). If the weather is good, you will have a look at Three Holy Mountain of Daocheng- Xiannairi Holy Mountain, Xianuoduojie Holy Montain, Yangmaiyong Holy Mountain. The holy montains, wild animals, forestes, glacies, lake, stream get together just like a fairy land.

Day05: Daocheng- Zhongdian( 460km, rough road, 10hours driving, 3276m)(B/L/D)  Overnight at Zhongdian staner room
Today long time driving from Daocheng to Zhongdian. The high moutains and local Tibetan villiages will be outside the window.

Day06: Zhongdian(Shangri-La)(100km, rough raod, 3hours driving)(B/L/D)  Overnight at Zhongdian stander room
Today driving to Pita Lake located at the North-east part of Zhongdian. Visit the Songzanlin Monastery called" small Potala".

Day07: Zhongdian- Lijiang(200km, rough road, 6hours driving, 2400m)(B/L/D)  Overnight at Lijiang staner room
Morning time sightseeing another scenery spot named" small Zhongdian" with beauty. Then arrive at  Tiger Leaping Gorge (Hutiaoxia) sightseeing by yourself. Arrive at Lijiang ancient Town. Feel relax in the bar at Lijiang. End the trip.
Notes:
You can stay in Lijiang 3-4 days, can be sightseeing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (Yulong Xueshan) 35km from Lijiang. Then take flight out, or bus to Kunming or Lugu Lake.
