Itinereary : 
Day01: Chengdu flgith to Nyingtri( 100km, 1.5hours driving, asphalt road with good condition, 2740m)  Overnight at Bayi Town. 
Take morning flight from Chengdu to Nyingtri at 07:30am and gets to there around 09:15am, arrange the credential, head for the Nyingtri Cypress Forest which has 2600 years long, pass through the Sela area then head for the aboriginal forest¡ªLulang Forests.                                                     

Day02: Bayi Town-Niyang River- Draksumtso- Lhasa( 500km, 8 hours driving, asphalt road with good condition, 3200m)
Morning time driving to Lhasa, the beautiful Niyang river just beside the road. Then arrive at Draksumtso, which looks like one crescent inlayed in the valley, 12km long, hundreds kilometers wide, with the area of 6000mu. With the yellow duck, white crane,fish, water with the beautiful inverted image  Which make the lake fabulous. After enjoy the beauty, drive back to Lhasa.  
Notes:
If you will YarlungTsangpu Valley Rukoupai Town it will be one day more have arranged the special trekking tour for you which heads for one of the best touring site in Mt. Nanjiabawa ---Daduka. If the weather is good, you will have a chance to have a look of the famous Mt. Nanjiabawa(buy the Niyang touring site entrance by yourself) that night overnight at Bayi.  
                                                     
Day03: Lhasa city tour     Overnight in Lhasa
Morning time visit Potala Palace. Then visit Jokhang Temple, walk around Barkhor Market.
                                                                                           
Day04: Lhasa city tour     Overnight at Lhasa stander room
Morning time visit Norblingka Palace,afternoon to Tibetan Museam.Night time have chance tast Tibetan cuisne and Tibetan culture show(own expense)

Day05: Lhasa- Namtso Lake-Yangpachen Hotspring- Lhasa( 500km, 7 hours driving, asphalt road in good condition, 4178m, 5-15centigrade)  Overnight at Lhasa
In the morning around 08:00am, our guide and drive pick you from your hotel, then we leave Lhasa to Namtso Lake. On the way you will see the huge grassland of Naqu and have a chance see the sky road- Qinghai Tibet Railway passing through it look likes a dragon. Then the Nyenchen Thanglha snow mountain ranges in front of you, and also you will pass the Nagela Pass. Then on the way back to Lhasa you have a chance enjoy the Yangpachen hotspring by yourself, back to Lhasa. 
Notes:
Depends on how long times you arrive in Lhasa and your body health, suggestion the traveler whol just arrive in Lhasa for few day don't take the hot spring that maybe you will get the high altitude sickness.

Day06: Lhasa- Yamdrotso Lake- Gyantse(590km, 6hours driving)  Overnight at Gyantse.
Morning time driving to Shiatse, on the way pass Gangbala Mt. which is over than 5000m, then to Yamdrotso lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. Arrive at Gyantse.

Day07: Gyantse- Shigatse- Lhasa( 440km, 5 hours driving, asphalt road in good condition)
Morning time visit Gyantse Kumbum, far view of Gyantse Dzong. Then driving to Shigatse. After lunch visit TashiLumpo Monastery which was Built in1447 , spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas, have a good rest in Shigatse, then drive back to Lhasa. End the trip.

Day08: Lhasa airport or train station dropping off.
Dropping off end the trip.
