Itinerary:
Day01: Shanghai/Beijing/Chengdu/ Xian flight to Lhasa ( 80km, asphalt road, 3595m,  15-19centigrade)    Overnight at Lhasa stander room
- Depature from Beijing, Shanghai, Xian, Guangzhou, Chongqin: You will use your copy of your Tibet Entry Permit, your passport and flight ticket change the broding pass flight to Lhasa by yourself.

- Depature from Chengdu: Morning time our staff pick you from your hotel in Chengdu then dropping of you to Chengdu airport help you check in. 2 hour fligth you will arrive at Lhasa Gongga airport. Tibet local guide will pick you from airport to Lhasa city. Rest in hotel. 
Or: Take train from Shanghai/Beijing/Chengdu to Lhasa(3days); Xian/Xining/Lanzhou(2days)    
 

Day02: Lhasa ciry tour     Overnight at Lhasa stander room
Morning time visit Potala Palace. Then visit Jokhang Temple, walk around Barkhour Market.
                                                                                          
Day03: Lhasa city tour     Overnight at Lhasa stander room
Morning time visit Norblingka Palace,afternoon to Tibetan Museam.Night time have chance tast Tibetan cuisne and Tibetan culture show(own expense)

Day04: Lhasa- Namtso Lake-Yangpachen Hotspring- Lhasa( 500km, 6 hours driving, asphalt road in good condition, 4178m, 5-15 centigrade)       Overnight at Lhasa
In the morning around 08:00am, our guide and drive pick you from hotel's lobby, then we leave from Lhasa to Namtso Lake.
On the way you will see the huge Changtang grassland  and have a chance see the sky road- Qinghai Tibet Railway passing through it look likes a dragon. Pass by Nagchu Town. Then the Nyenchen Thanglha snow mountain ranges in front of you, and also you will pass the Nagela Pass.

Namtso Lake is the Heavenly lake which is one of the three holy lakes of Tibet (other two is Yamdrotso lake, at Shigatse area, Lake Manasarova at Nagri) and also the highest salt lake. Then driving back to Lhasa.On the way you will have a chance enjoy the Yangpachen-Hotspring by yourself.
Notes:
1.Please take one warm overcoat cloth when you travel to Namtso lake that it's a little bit cold than in Lhasa city.
2.Depends on how long times you arrive in Lhasa and your body health, suggestion the traveler whol just arrive in Lhasa for few day don't take the hot spring that maybe you will cathch the high altitude sickness.   

Day05: Lhasa- Yamdrotso Lake- Gyantse- Shigatse(500km, 6hours driving)  Overnight at Shiatse.
Morning time around 08:00am depature from Lhasa pass Gangbala Mt. which is over than 5000m, then to Yamdrotso lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet (other 2 is Namtso lake and Manasarova), then back to Friend-ship highway pass by Shigatse to Gyantse, visit Gyangtse Kumbum, far view of Gyantse Dzong. Then back to Shigatse.
Notes:
1. Take very warm clothes and shoes with you to Mt. Evrest that you can focous on the wonderful scenery.
2. You'd better take some fast food like cookie chocolate with you because there isn't so much delicious food from Tingri to E.B.C

Day06: Shigatse- Lhatse- Tingri (Shegar)- Rongpu Monastery ( 340km, 6 hours driving, asphalt road, 4050m, 8-15centigrade)  Overnight at Rongpu
Morning time visit TashiLumpo Monastery which was Built in1447, spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas. After lunch driving along with Friend-ship way pass Lhatse to Tingri. One the way you will pass the checking point with your TTB permit, travel permit and passport. Then arrive at Tingri. By the entrance of Everest Base Camp. From Tingri to E.B.C with the very rough road, pass the wild grassland, cross the rapids river and high mountains. During this route,you can have a chance glimpse of 4 mountain which is 8000m high or more,such as:Mt. Lhotse(8516m),Mt. Everest(8848m),Mt. Qowowuyag(8201m),Mt Mayalu(8463m). Then arrive at Rongphu Monastery. Enjoy the sunset from Rongpu Monastery.
Notes:
It will be cold sleep at Rongpu(altitude around 4900m), suggestion you take very warm cloth and sleeping bag with you.(Sleeping bag can be rent from Lhasa)
                                                                                                                         
Day07: Rongphu Monastery-  Evrest Base Camp- Old Tingri- Zhangmu( 300km, 7hours drving, Rough road, 4980m, -5-10centigrade)  Overnight at Zhangmu
Early in the moring walking arrive the place get on the animal carriage then use half hour arrive at Base camp ( Or you also can trekking to Base Camp around 1.5-2hours one way. It's interesting and much more warm, but hard to breath). Hiking up to the top of the photo point take picture for the splendid- Mt. Everest. Then driving from Old Tingri to Zhangmu.(If the road has traffic jam when arrive Zhangmu around 12:00pm.)
Notes:
During the rainning season some times the weather will be not good enough see the Mt. Everest. But you also have a chance see the surrouding high snow mountain with fabulous.


Day08: Zhangmu- Kathmandu(90km, 6hours, very rough road)  Overnight at Kathmandu
Next morning cross the Friend-ship Bridge cross the border to Nepal side. Then Nepal guide pick you from border to at Kathmandu.
