Itinerary:
Day01: Shanghai/Beijing/Chengdu/ Xian flight to Lhasa ( 80km, asphalt road, 3595m,  15??19centigrade)    Overnight at Lhasa stander room
- Depature from Beijing, Shanghai, Xian, Guangzhou, Chongqin: You will use your copy of your Tibet Entry Permit, your passport and flight ticket change the broding pass flight to Lhasa by yourself.

- Depature from Chengdu: Morning time our staff pick you from your hotel in Chengdu then dropping of you to Chengdu airport help you check in. 2 hour fligth you will arrive at Lhasa Gongga airport. Tibet local guide will pick you from airport to Lhasa city. Rest in hotel. 
Or: Take train from Shanghai/Beijing/Chengdu to Lhasa(3days); Xian/Xining/Lanzhou(2days)    
 

Day02: Lhasa ciry tour     Overnight at Lhasa stander room
Morning time visit Potala Palace. Then visit Jokhang Temple, walk around Barkhour Market.
                                                                                          
Day03: Lhasa city tour     Overnight at Lhasa stander room
Morning time visit Norblingka Palace,afternoon to Tibetan Museam.Night time have chance tast Tibetan cuisne and Tibetan culture show(own expense)
 

Day04: Lhasa- Yamdrotso lake- Gyantse- Shigatse ( 500km, 6hours driving, asphalt road, 3900m, 15-19 centigrade)  Overnight at Shigatse stander room
Morning time around 08:00am depature from Lhasa pass Gangbala Mt. which is over than 5000m, then to Yamdrotso lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet (other 2 is Namtso lake and Manasarova), then back to Friend-ship highway pass by Shigatse to Gyantse, visit Gyangtse Kumbum, far view of Gyantse Dzong. Then back to Shigatse.
Notes:
1. Take very warm clothes and shoes with you to Mt. Evrest that you can focous on the wonderful scenery.
2. You'd better take some fast food like cookie chocolate with you because there isn't so much delicious food from Tingri to E.B.C
                                                                                                
Day05: Shigatse- Lhatse- Tingri (Shegar)- Rongpu Monastery ( 340km, 6 hours driving, asphalt road, 4050m, 8-15centigrade)  Overnight at Rongpu dorm bed
Morning time visit TashiLumpo Monastery which was Built in1447, spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas. After lunch driving along with Friend-ship way pass Lhatse to Tingri. One the way you will pass the checking point with your TTB permit, travel permit and passport. Then arrive at Tingri. By the entrance of Everest Base Camp. The road from New Tingri to Rongpu reparing well much more better than before. During this route,you can have a chance glimpse of 4 mountain which is 8000m high or more,such as:Mt. Lhotse(8516m),Mt. Everest(8848m),Mt. Qowowuyag(8201m),Mt Mayalu(8463m). Then arrive at Rongphu Monastery. Enjoy the sunset from Rongpu Monastery.
Notes:
It will be cold sleep at Rongpu(altitude around 4900m), suggestion you take very warm cloth and sleeping bag with you.(Sleeping bag can be rent from Lhasa)
                                                                               
Day06: Rongphu Monastery-  Evrest Base Camp- Tingri- Shigatse ( 420km, 8hours drving, Rough road, 4980m, -5-10centigrade)  Overnight at Shigatse stander room
Early in the moring walking arrive the place get on the animal carriage then use half hour arrive at Base camp ( Or you also can trekking to Base Camp around 1.5-2hours one way. It's interesting and much more warm, but hard to breath). Hiking up to the top of the photo point take picture for the splendid- Mt. Everest. Then driving back to Shigatse.
Notes:
During the rainning season some times the weather will be not good enough see the Mt. Everest. But you also have a chance see the surrouding high snow mountain with fabulous.  

Day07: Shigatse- Namtso Lake(590km, 8 hours drving, Rough road, 4700m, 3-10 centigrade) Overnight at Namtso Lake side Tent Guest House dorm bed
Morning time driving pass the high snow mountain, vast grassland and Yangpachen Hotspring arrive at the fabulous scenry- Holy Namtso Lake. Enjoy sunset from Lakeside.

Day08: Namtso Lake- Lhasa(250km, 4 hours driving, asphalt road) Overnight in Lhasa stader room
Morning enjoy sunrise from Namtso Lake, then driving pass by vast grassland far view Yarks, sheep, and Tibetan village back to Lhasa.

Day09: Lhasa- Draksum-tso- Cypress Forest- Bayi Town( 500km, 6 hours driving, asphalt road in good condition, 3000m, 10-15centigrade)  Overnight at Bayi Town
After breakfast drive from Lhasa to Nyingtri. On the way you will cross over Mila Pass, enjoy the scenery along the Niyang River. Afternoon drive to visit Draksum-tso, the lake and its surrounding views are beautiful and the site is also connected to the semi-mythical ruler of the Kham region and Guru Rinpoche. Take a ferry ride off the southern shore of the lake to visit the Tsodzong Monatery, most probably the highest attractions of this site. Then visit Ancient Cypress Forests.
Notes:
If you will YarlungTsangpu Valley Rukoupai Town it will be one day more have arranged the special trekking tour for you which heads for one of the best touring site in Mt. Nanjiabawa ---Daduka. If the weather is good, you will have a chance to have a look of the famous Mt. Nanjiabawa(buy the Niyang touring site entrance by yourself) that night overnight at Bayi.  
                                                   
Day10: Nyingtri flight to Chengdu
Nyingtri airport dropping off end the trip.
