Itinerary:
Day01: Shanghai/Beijing/Chengdu/ Xian flight to Lhasa ( 80km, asphalt road, 3595m,  15-19centigrade)    Overnight at Lhasa stander room
- Depature from Beijing, Shanghai, Xian, Guangzhou, Chongqin: You will use your copy of your Tibet Entry Permit, your passport and flight ticket change the broding pass flight to Lhasa by yourself.

- Depature from Chengdu: Morning time our staff pick you from your hotel in Chengdu then dropping of you to Chengdu airport help you check in. 2 hour fligth you will arrive at Lhasa Gongga airport. Tibet local guide will pick you from airport to Lhasa city. Rest in hotel. 
Or: Take train from Shanghai/Beijing/Chengdu to Lhasa(3days); Xian/Xining/Lanzhou(2days)    
 

Day02: Lhasa city tour     Overnight at Lhasa stander room
Morning time visit Potala Palace. Then visit Jokhang Temple, walk around Barkhour Market.
                                                                                          
Day03: Lhasa city tour     Overnight at Lhasa stander room
Morning time visit Norblingka Palace,afternoon to Tibetan Museam.Night time have chance tast Tibetan cuisne and Tibetan culture show(own expense)

Day04: Lhasa- Namtso Lake- Yangpacheng Hotspring- Lhasa( 500km, 7 hours driving, asphalt road in good condition, 4178m, 5-15centigrade)  Overnight at Lhasa
In the morning around 08:00am, our guide and drive pick you from your hotel, then we leave Lhasa to Namtso Lake. On the way you will see the huge grassland of Naqu and have a chance see the sky road- Qinghai Tibet Railway passing through it look likes a dragon. Then the Nyenchen Thanglha snow mountain ranges in front of you, and also you will pass the Nagela Pass. Then on the way back to Lhasa you have a chance enjoy the Yangpachen hotspring, back to Lhasa. 
Notes:
Depends on how long times you arrive in Lhasa and your body health, suggestion the traveler whol just arrive in Lhasa for few day don't take the hot spring that maybe you will get the high altitude sickness.

Day05: Lhasa- Yamdrotso Lake- Gyantse- Shigatse(500km, 6hours driving)  Overnight at Shiatse.
Morning time around 08:00am depature from Lhasa pass Gangbala Mt. which is over than 5000m, then to Yamdrotso lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet (other 2 is Namtso lake and Manasarova), then back to Friend-ship highway pass by Shigatse to Gyantse, visit Gyangtse Kumbum, far view of Gyantse Dzong. Then back to Shigatse.

Day06: Shigatse- Lhastse- Saga( 457km, rough road, 9hours, 4450m). Overnight at Saga dorm bed.
Morning time visit TashiLumpo Monastery which was Built in1447, spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas. Then driving to Saga.

Day07: Saga- Payang( 250km, rough road, 8 hours, 4600m). Overnight at Paryang dorm bed. 

Day08: Payang- Holy Lake Manasarovar( 284km, rough road, 8hours, 4558m). Overnight dorm bed.
Driving from Paryang to Lake Manasarovar through open territory with a view of distant mountains, Yak herders camp, if lucky enough you might come across a herd of Kang, you will have the first sight of Holy Kailash and Manasarovara. Overnight at the village Hore or Chiu Monastery.

Day09: Holy Lake Manasarovar(4560m) Overnight dorm bed.
Sightseeing at Lake Manasarivar. Walk around the holy lake like a pilgrim. 

Day10: Holy Lake Manasarovar- Darchen(60km, rough road, 2hours, 4560m) Overnight dorm bed.
Driving from Lake Manasarovar to Darchen, preparing for trekking.

Day11: Trekking from Darchen to Dira-puk Monastery(20km, takes about 5 - 6 hours) Overnight in tent
The first day parikarama is a gradual walk with multitudes of other local pilgrims chanting and praying. The trail leads to a few ups and downs till we reach our camp at Dirapuk (4,750 m.). Camping on the nice grassy meadows with a view of Kailash, north west face at Dirapuk.

Day12: Trekking from Dira-puk Monastery to Zutul-puk Monastery by crossing Drolma-la Pass, 15km, takes about 6- 7 hours) Overnight in tent
Today our parikarama leads to much higher side of the holy path just beneath the Mount Kailash. The walk will bring you to one of the highest point at Drolma La, 5,200 m. before descending to the gradual field towards Zuthulphuk for the overnight camp. Zuthulphuk has a small monastery.
 
Day13: Trekking back to Darchen,14Km, 4- 5hours  Overnight at Darchen dorm bed
The winding gradual tracks finally ends our holy pilgrimage 5 hours

Day14: Darchen- Paryang (4550m, 340km, 9hours). Overnight at Paryang dorm bed

Day15: Paryang- Saga (252km, 7-8hours). Overnight at Saga dorm bed

Day16: Saga- Lhatse (300Km, 9hours ). Overnight at Lhatse.

Day17: Lhatse- Tingri- Rongphu Monastery-  Evrest Base Camp( 280km, 6hours drving, Rough road, 4980m, 3-8centigrade) Overnight at Rongpu dorm bed
Early in the moring driving from Lhatse to E.B.C with the very rough road, pass the wild grassland, cross the rapids river and high mountains. During this route,you can have a chance glimpse of 4 mountain which is 8000m high or more,such as:Mt. Lhotse(8516m),Mt. Everest(8848m),Mt. Qowowuyag(8201m),Mt Mayalu(8463m). Then arrive at Rongphu Monastery. At Rongphu Monastery view to Mt. Everest it¡¯s fabulous and splendid.After walking arrive the place get on the animal carriage then use half hour arrive at Base camp ( Or you also can trekking to Base Camp around 1.5-2hours one way. It's interesting and much more warm, but hard to breath). Hiking up to the top of the photo point take picture for the splendid- Mt. Everest.
Notes:
During the rainning season some times the weather will be not good enough see the Mt. Everest. But you also have a chance see the surrouding high snow mountain with fabulous. 
                                                                               
Day18: Rongpu- Tingri- Zhangmu(200km, 8hours, very rough road) Overnight at Zhangmu
After take photo from Everest Base Camp then driving passby Old Tinggri ot Zhangmu. The road to Zhangmu is reparing just can going from 08:00pm. Arrive at Zhangmu around 12:00pm.

Day19: Zhangmu- Kathmandu(90km, 6hours, very rough road)  Overnight at Kathmandu
Next morning cross the Friend-ship Bridge cross the border to Nepal side. Then Nepal guide pick you from border to Kathmandu.
