Day by day Itinerary:
Day01: Beijing/ Shanghai/ Xian/ Chengdu flight to Lhasa ( 80km, asphalt road, 3595m) Overnight at Lhasa
- Depature from Beijing, Shanghai, Xian, Guangzhou, Chongqin: You will use your copy of your Tibet Entry Permit, you passport and flight ticket change the broding pass flight to Lhasa.

- Depature from Chengdu: Morning time our staff pick you from your hotel in Chengdu then dropping of you to Chengdu
airport help you check in. 2 hour fligth you will arrive at Lhasa Gongga airport. Tibet guide will pick you from airport to Lhasa city. Rest in hotel.  
Notes:
Please take one warm overcoat cloth when you travel to Namtso lake that it¡¯s a little bit cold than in Lhasa city.          

Day02: Lhasa city tour     Overnight in Lhasa
Morning time visit Potala Palace. Then visit Jokhang Temple, walk around Barkhor Market.
                                                                                           
Day03: Lhasa city tour     Overnight at Lhasa
Morning time visit Drepung Monastery. , then afternoon to Sera Monastery.

Day04: Lhasa- Namtso Lake ( 250km, 4 hours driving, asphalt road in good condition, 4178m)   Overnight at Namtso Tent guest house.
In the morning around 08:00am, our guide and drive pick you from hotel's lobby, then we leave from Lhasa to Namtso Lake.
On the way you will see the huge Changtang grassland  and have a chance see the sky road- Qinghai Tibet Railway passing through it look likes a dragon. Pass by Nagchu Town. Then the Nyenchen Thanglha snow mountain ranges in front of you, and also you will pass the Nagela Pass.

Namtso Lake is the Heavenly lake which is one of the three holy lakes of Tibet (other two is Yamdrotso lake, at Shigatse area, Lake Manasarova at Nagri) and also the highest salt lake. You can do a very relax  trekking around the lake side and Zhaxi Island. You can enjoy the sunset by the lake.
Notes:

Day05: Namtso lake- Yangpachen hotspring- Yamdrotso Lake- Gyantse(590km, 6hours driving)  Overnight at Gyantse.
Morning time see the sunrise beside the holy lake , on the way to Gyantse , you will have a chance enjoy the hot-spring at Yangbachen. Then pass Gangbala Mt. which is over than 5000m, then to Yamdrotso lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. Arrive at Gyantse.
Notes:
Depends on how long times you arrive in Lhasa and your body health, suggestion the traveler whol just arrive in Lhasa for few day don¡¯t take the hot spring that maybe you will cathch the high altitude sickness. 

Day06: Gyantse- Shigatse- Tingri( 350km, 4 hours driving, asphalt road in good condition) Overnight at Tingri
Morning time visit Gyantse Kumbum, far view of Gyantse Dzong. Then driving to Shigatse. After lunch visit TashiLumpo Monastery which was Built in1447 , spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas, then driving to Shigatse, visit TashiLumpo Monastery which was Built in1447, spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas. Then driving along with Friend-ship way pass Lhatse to Tingri. One the way you will pass the checking point with your TTB permit, travel permit and passport. Then arrive at Tingri. By the entrance of Everest Base Camp. 
Notes:
At high altitude sleeping at Rongphu is so cold hard to sleeping with heavy headache suggestion overnight at warm Tingri then safely arrive at E.B.C. ;If you also prefer accommodation at Rongphu please tell us then we will try our best arrangement you feel better, the itinerary will be changed( Best time is July- Augest) 
                                                                                                                         
Day07: Tingri- Rongphu Monastery-  Evrest Base Camp- Tingri ( 320km, 8hours drving, Rough road, 4980m)Overnight at Tingri
Early in the moring 07:00am driving from Tingri to E.B.C with the very rough road, pass the wild grassland, cross the rapids river and high mountains. During this route,you can have a chance glimpse of 4 mountain which is 8000m high or more,such as:Mt. Lhotse(8516m),Mt. Everest(8848m),Mt. Qowowuyag(8201m),Mt Mayalu(8463m). Then arrive at Rongphu Monastery. At Rongphu Monastery view to Mt. Everest it¡¯s fabulous and splendid.After walking arrive the place get on the animal carriage then use half hour arrive at Base camp ( Or you also can trekking to Base Camp around 1.5-2hours one way. It's interesting and much more warm, but hard to breath). Hiking up to the top of the photo point take picture for the splendid- Mt. Everest. Then late in the afternoon around 16:00pm go down from E.B.C back to Tingri.
Notes:
During the rainning season some times the weather will be not good enough see the Mt. Everest. But you also have a chance see the surrouding high snow mountain with fabulous. 
                                                                               
Day08: Tingri- Zhangmu(100km, 6hours, very rough road) Overnight at Zhangmu
After with the good rest for whole nights at Tingri, driving from Old Tinggri ot Zhangmu. The road to Zhangmu is reparing just can going from 08:00pm. Arrive at Zhangmu around 12:00pm.

Day09: Zhangmu- Kathmandu(90km, 6hours, very rough road)  Overnight at Kathmandu
Next morning cross the Friend-ship Bridge cross the border to Nepal side. Then Nepal guide pick you from border to Kathmandu.
 
Day10: Kathmandu and Around  Overnight at Kathmandu
Today there will be a full day sightseeing tour to the most interesting places in and around Kathmandu and the tour will includes: Swayambhuanth Temple, Pashupatinath Temple, Bodhanath. Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day11: Kathmandu Valley  Overnight at Kathmandu
Today sightseeing at Bhaktapur, Patan.

Day12: Kathmandu- Charaundi- Raft to Kuringhat.   Overnight camping 
Early morning drive to Charaundi. You take early morning drive to Charaundi and spend your moments surrendering to the sheer pleasure of nature. Then you gear up to commence your rafting trips to Kuringhat. Along the raging waves of river Kali Gandakhi, you bask in the splendour of rafting with scintillating kaleidoscope of high mountain peaks, dense vegetations and mysterious wilderness as its backdrop. After rafting, you set up your camping site using tents where you will stay overnight.

Day13: Mungling Rafting- Pokhara   Overnight at Pokhara.
On this day also you enjoy your rafting trip to the fullest. After having enjoyed your whitewater river rafting to Mungling for three hours, you wrap up your rafting trip at mid day and head off to Pokhara.

Day14: Pokhara- Boating on Phewa Lake   Overnight at Lake side.
Lying 200 kms away from Kathmandu, Pokhara lets you witness breathtaking reflections of captivating view of 8000 meter peaks from Pokhara located on the bank of Phewa Lake. Your Pokhara sightseeing tour includes visits to Phewa lake, Begnas lake, Rupa lake, intriguing caves like Mahendra Gupha and Gupteshwor cave, Binde Basini Temple, Devil's Fall, the gorge of the Seti River and Tibetan refugee camp.

Day15: Royal Chitwan National Park Safari   Overnight at Chitwan Park.
As you descend towards the Terai lowland of Chitwan, rich wildlife, lush grasslands and spectacular sight of rare species of bird and animals unfolds before you. Chitwan national park is your target destination. It give a unique and exceptional wildlife experience, being the home to several are species, in particular, the one-horned rhinoceros and leopard and also leopard, bear, wild boar, deer, bison, crocodiles etc. Unlike African animals, those in Chitwan tend to be rather solitary and shy, but the chancing of sightseeing these are very high owing to the expertise and experiences of guides.

Day16: Safari Excursion in Royal Chitwan National Park   Overnight at Chitwan.
Drive to Bharatpur Airport for flight to Kathmandu, free for rest of the day
Elephant safari, Wildlife safari, jeep safari, canoeing and bird watching in the majestic jungles of Chitwan National Park fill you with sheer pleasure. On your jungle safari, you may encounter rare endangered species like one-horned rhinoceros and Bengal tiger. Canoeing through the river gives you sheer pleasure to witness crocodiles and other aquatic species in their natural habitats. You can have the most thrilling and exciting wildlife experience of your lifetime. After this wildlife experience, you are escorted to Bharatpur to catch a flight to Kathmandu. On reaching Kathmandu, we can indulge in any kinds of activities of your interest.

Day17: Chitwan- Kathmandu  Overnight at Kathmandu
After breakfast, you drive back to Kathmandu and spend your time relaxing, shopping or sight seeing.

Day18: Depart Kathmandu
Kathmandu airport dropping off. End off the wonderful trip.
