This museum, on Wuyi Lu, houses an exhibition centered on Yunnan's minorities, and a collection of artifacts from tomb excavations at Jinning on the southern rim of Diam Chi. At the time of writing, the museum was closed for renovation, no doubt for the international expo in 1999and staff promised it would be an excellent museum when finished . The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday from 09:00am to 05:00pm.
